Our Story

Building relationships. Doing good work.

Eastway Group began in 1988 as a Toronto contractor with a simple conviction: be a partner to your clients, not just their builder. More than three decades later, that conviction has grown into a group of companies spanning residential and commercial construction, real estate development, and EPC — trusted relationships built one good job at a time, backed by in-house building-supply and millwork companies.

With in-house architects, designers, and engineers, Eastway brings a partner's care to every project — from $1 million to $50 million: high-rise towers, commercial centres, entire subdivisions, custom homes, hospitality landmarks, and turnkey clean-energy infrastructure — delivered on schedule and built to last.

Today the Group builds across six divisions, serving developers, institutions, retailers, and homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Why Eastway

The difference is accountability.

Vertically integrated

Residential and commercial construction, real estate development, and clean-energy EPC under one roof — with building-supply and millwork companies in-house. Fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, tighter control of cost and schedule.

One contract, one partner

From first sketch through final handover — including design-build and turnkey EPC delivery — clients deal with a single accountable partner.

Self-performed where it counts

In-house design support and fabrication mean Eastway controls the critical path instead of renting it — the reason complex jobs finish on time.

Built for the next 30 years

An established EPC division now delivers battery energy storage and Level 2 / Level 3 EV charging infrastructure — the same accountability, applied to clean energy.

Track Record

The portfolio is the pitch.

Complete building construction of 263 Wellington Street West. An 11-storey tower with two levels of underground parking at 393 King West. The 70,000 sq. ft. Can Sports Centre. Two-hundred-home subdivisions at Forest Hill, New Hamburg. Flagship jewellery boutiques from Toronto to New York to San Francisco. A 20,000 sq. ft. supermarket freezer for T&T. Every project in the portfolio was earned the same way.
